What precision machining do we offer?
MILLING
Milling carried out with three and four-axis vertical and horizontal CNC machining centres, single and multi-pallet.
TURNING
Turning carried out with three and four-axis CNC machines with manual and robotised loading. For mass production, we have bar machines such as sliding headstocks, transfers and multi-spindle lathes.
GEAR SHAPING
Gear shaping carried out with multi-axis machines, both with hobs and with Fellow cutters. These machines have robotic servos which allow deburring and brushing for numerically high productions, in addition to automated loading and unloading.
BROACHING AND SLOTTING
We provide broaching (through holes) and slotting (blind holes) services to complete the requested products. We produce simple shapes, such as keyway seats, but also more complex ones, such as dragging in accordance with standard DIN5480, 5481, 5482.
